1. Are your T-shirts and caps official artist merchandise?
We create fan-inspired, high-quality apparel designed for music lovers. While not officially licensed by artists, our designs are original tributes crafted by our in-house design team — made with love for fans, by fans.
2. What sizes do your T-shirts come in?
Our T-shirts are available from S to XXL. We use unisex sizing, and each product page includes a size chart for easy reference. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a relaxed fit.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes:

Metro cities: 3–5 days

Non-metro cities: 5–8 days

Remote areas: 7–10 days
You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. What happens if I do prepaid order and my order is not delivered?
While this never occurs in normal scenarios, but in some unfortunate event, if we fail to deliver the order to you - you would get 100% refund of the payment which is secured by RazorPay payment gateway.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD across most parts of India. However, for some remote regions, COD may be disabled due to high return rates. We always recommend prepaid orders for faster dispatch.
6. Can I exchange or return a product?
Absolutely! We accept returns for defective pieces and if there’s a size related issue, we’re happy to help with a size exchange. We strongly recommend to go through size chart before placing the order.
Please note: there is a nominal courier fee of ₹150 that the customer will need to cover for the exchange process.
7. What materials are your products made of?
Our T-shirts are made from 100% premium bio-washed cotton with durable, fade-resistant prints. Caps are crafted using high-grade fabrics with breathable panels and adjustable fits.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. But we’re working on expanding to international markets — stay tuned!
10. Are your designs limited edition?
Yes! Most of our designs are limited drops based on artist tours or trending concerts. Once sold out, they may not be restocked — so grab your favourites while they last!
